CLEAN WATER
Currently, one well has been drilled by LWDF, and more are planned. The water is coming directly from the uncontaminated underground water table, but to make sure it stays uncontaminated when it reaches the surface, the pump employs a mineral filter.

YOUR ROLE
Because developing countries do not have money or technology to properly implement and maintain purification methods, pumps breakdown, and these countries are back to Square One. Beyond the cost to continue drilling more well sites for both the hospital and community, we also need to properly maintain these pumps, filters, and the plumbing for the hospital.
